1.功遂身退, 天下之道。 2.不出户知天下，不窥牖见天道。 3.天之道，损有余而补不足。 4.天道无亲，常与善人。

1.When the work is done, and one's name is becoming distinguished, to withdraw into obscurity is the way of Heaven. 2.Without going outside his door, one understands (all that takes place) under the sky; without looking out from his window, one sees the Tâo of Heaven.  3.It is the Way of Heaven to diminish superabundance, and to supplement deficiency. 4.In the Way of Heaven, there is no partiality of love; it is always on the side of the good man.

He knows everything under heaven.Without looking out of his window.He knows all the ways of heaven. 3.So too does Heaven take away from those who have too much, and give to those that have not enough. 4.It is Heaven's way, without distinction of persons, to keep the good perpetually supplied.

Without peeping through the window The heavenly Reason I contemplate. 3.Such is Heaven's Reason. It depleteth those who have abundance but completeth the deficient. 4.Heaven's Reason shows no preference but always assists the good man.

1.Retire when your work is done,  Such is Heaven's way. 2.Without stepping outside one's doors,  One can know what is happening in the world,  Without looking out of one's windows,  One can see the Tao of heaven. 3.It is the way of Heaven to take away from those that have too much  And give to those that have not enough.  4.But "the way of Heaven is impartial;  It sides only with the good man."

Without looking out of the window, one can see Tao of heaven. 3.So the Tao of heaven means to compensate the deficient by reducing the excess. 4.The Tao of heaven never shows favoritism; It always helps those who are good.
